Iain qualified as a lawyer in 1979 and in 1994 became one of the first lawyers in Scotland to be accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Family Law. Accredited as a Family Law Mediator since 1998, Iain has been at the forefront of developing Collaborative Family Law in Scotland.
